What materials are used in your jewelry?

We use only the finest quality materials in our jewelry. Our gold pieces are made from 14k Yellow Gold or White Gold, while our silver pieces are made from Sterling Silver. If you are interested in a different metal, please send us an email.

When will you be adding new pieces to the collection?

We are in the process of growing our Buff Herd to include a range of different sizes and styles. We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list so you can stay on top of all our new releases!

How long does production and shipping take?

Each pendant is custom made for you and will be shipped within 21 business days. As soon you place your order, we will email you with a production timeline. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and the shipping method chosen. Unfortunately we only offer shipping within the United States currently.

What is your return policy?

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Do you offer custom design?

We specialize in making custom buffalo jewelry. We are able to customize certain pieces with engravings. Please contact us for more information.
